News Story: Azure Films launches £7m EIS Fund AM1
AM1 will provide the opportunity for investors to own and exploit media projects under EIS Qualifying investment. These will range from book options to underlying intellectual property and film. AM1, acting as Producer, will develop projects by adding key expertise at all stages, including conception, script development, rights, pre-production, production and postproduction stages. Proposed projects will be selected from a development slate in which AM1 will create the whole or greater part of the projects realised. It is anticipated that AM1 will continue for at least three years in order to utilise all relevant taxation reliefs and deferrals. All relevant exit strategies will then be considered in the light of the Company’s prospects at that time and the interests of shareholders. Back to News |
