• An evaluation of the intellectual property. This typically involves consultation with our wide network and partner companies such as Cisco and HP
• A comprehensive competitor analysis
• An assessment of the size of the potential market
• Interviews with management. This is a critical part of the process we are seeking management teams who are either capable of managing a fast growth business or are prepared in due course to hand over the reins to some one who is
• A clearly defined route to market and path to profitability
• Ideally some existing clients so that we can achieve a view as to the customer appeal
