RICHARD J TURNER - Richard is the founding director of Catalyst Venture Partners. Prior to creating CVP Richard was a strategic consultant with KPMG and London Economics and a private investor. He is a specialist in the communications and media sectors. He has helped create a number of businesses including CHBi , Final Touch Productions, and 3BM Television.

CHRIS BRIGDEN - Chris is a highly experienced business builder. Between 1985 and 1988 Chris was responsible for establishing Dazix Inc (a US based developer of design automation software for the electronics market) in Europe and growing revenues to $20 million in four years. In 1988 he become VP Asia and managed the merger of two companies under the Dazix umbrella. Between 1991 and 1996 he created a subsidiary of Analogy Inc (a US based developer of mixed signal simulation software for the 'Fabless' electronic systems market) in Europe, growing the business to $15 million turnover in five years. He then become Senior Vice President for Analogy in the US responsible for sales and marketing.

IAN YATES - Ian is an accomplished general manager with more than 25 years experience in high technology. He has been responsible for establishing and running several new businesses and has also held senior management positions within multinational corporations. He has a detailed understanding of the Semiconductor, Intellectual Property and Electronic Design Automation markets. He was previously Senior Vice President of Engineering & Operations for ARC International (a UK based developer of embedded processor cores) and a member of the management team that took it to a successful public offering with a valuation in excess of £500 million. He was also a founder and Director of Spectrum Services Europe at Cadence Design Systems (a US based developer of design automation software). He has held several directorships and has served on the board of Accent Srl, a joint venture between Cadence and ST Microelectronics (a French/Italian semiconductor manufacturer) and the board of European CAD Developments Ltd, a design automation joint venture.

MARTIN HOPKINS - Martin was formerly founder and Technical Director of TERTIO, communications software provider and integrator. Martin is an expert on communications technologies and software.

JEREMY LAWRENCE FCA. - Jeremy has been involved in several early stage businesses in the last fifteen years and, generally, in the role of Finance Director he has gained considerable experience of high growth environments. In particular Jeremy was: CFO of Corin PLC, a high medical devices company backed by 3i, Prudential, Granville Baird, and Natwest Ventures; help raise funding from Barclays Ventures for an MBO of Permaly Ltd a high tech agricultural equipment manufacturer; CFO of Euroflow Limited, a fast growth chromatography company backed by PALL International.

CHARLES SANDERS - Charles is a private investor and a specialist in the strategic management of e-business. Charles played a leading role in the management buyout of the consulting firm Druid Group PLC and subsequently floated the company with a main listing.

COLIN GALLICK - Colin has 25 years experience in software sales and managing fast growth. In 1991 Colin moved from UK channels sales manager at Compaq Computers Ltd to VP European Operations and Board Director of Utopia Information Systems Inc. Colin left when the company was sold to Royal Blue PLC. Colin then joined FTP software Inc where he was Vice President in charge of all operations in EMEA. In 1998 Colin became VP international operations of Witness Systems and was part of the executive management team that successfully executed a successful IPO on NASDAQ in February 2000. Since leaving Witness Colin has been working with start-up organisations and actively seeking a buy-in opportunity.
